|CMC at UT|

|Cincinnati Museum Center at Union Terminal|

Quite possibly |close to| my favorite place on Earth is Cincinnati Museum Center at Historic Union Terminal. A former train station, CMC is now the home to the Duke Energy Children's Museum, Cincinnati History Museum, and |my favorite|, Museum of Natural History & Science! It is my favorite building in the city. The art deco is amazing and its history is wonderful. I love taking pictures of this place!!

Taking pictures of plants is fun because you have the opportunity to stop and look more closely at something. Whether that something is a leaf, or a budding flower, or a small insect traveling across a branch, taking a closer look into the macro world can be really fun. These pictures are the product of visiting a local farm and farmer's market.

Are YOU looking for a Farmer's Market to check out? My two favorite are Lettuce Eat Well, and then of course, the one and only, Findlay Market! When you visit |Lettuce Eat Well| be sure to check out the booth for The Sacred Grove Farm! They are a small diversified farm using organic and natural growing practices to produce fresh herbs and vegetables.

Cincinnati has so many amazing parks to visit! Whether it is Cincinnati Parks or Great Parks of Hamilton County or a random local park, there are so many great chances to get outside and enjoy nature! On a recent solo nature photo walk, I had the chance to snap some shots of the local wildlife at Winton Woods |part of the Great Parks of Hamilton County|. The birds were so friendly and many walked right up to me. |My guess is that they thought I had some food to share|

I highly recommend visiting the new Smale Riverfront Park located downtown along the river. Besides the wonderful view of both Kentucky and the Cincinnati Skyline, you can enjoy water fountains to run in, a labyrinth to walk through, adult swings, and |coming soon| a carousel! So go on! Get outside!
